The Role:
We have a new and exciting vacancy to join a great client of ours as a Service Reception Manager for a busy dealership, based in Basingstoke. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day management of Service Reception, ensuring correct processes are followed and targets are achieved
Providing an exceptional level of customer care and satisfaction
Have at least 2 years’ experience in a Franchised Dealership, working in a similar role.
Managing the bookings process for servicing and repairs
Have high energy and bring a positive influence to the service department
Interacting with customers face to face, over the phone and digitally
Selling additional products and services
The Package:
Up to £27,000 Basic Salary, OTE £35,000 + great company benefits.
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00. Saturday morning cover only in the absence of Service Advisors.
