





The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of an exciting business based in Slough seeking to add an experienced Service Manager to their business on a permanent basis. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
Proven track record of delivering outstanding results through effective leadership.
An ability to develop and implement strategies that will pave the way for business growth.
Ideally you will have Service Manager experience with volume brands.
Must have the drive and determination to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction with the overall objective of increasing turnover and profit to exceed set budgets.
The ability to manage, motivate and train staff to ensure the growth and development of the Service department.
Implement sales, merchandising, advertising and promotion plans to support the achievement of Service department plans and budgets
Valid driver’s licence.
Relevant Experience & Qualifications Required:
Current Automotive Service Management experience is ideal but not essential, we would consider candidates looking for a step up into Service management.
Experience of working with a main dealer would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have consistently delivered an above budget financial performance
The Package:
Negotiable basic between £30,000 - £36,000 with a realistic OTE of £45,000 +, and a company car.
