The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are partnered with a well-founded and busy Dorset based business coated within the Wimborne area. Our client are in need of a new Service Advisor to aid their customers with all Car, HGV or LCV related service work, bookings and to maintain expert levels of customer service.
The ideal Service Advisor will be highly motivated, have a passion for customer service and strong motor trade aftersales experience (or related experience).
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Essential face-to-face and telephone customer service background.
Assessing service requirements.
Regularly liaise throughout the day with the Service Advisor team on all things in direct relation to the workshop.
Skilful customer management, maintaining regular contact and personalized service.
Proficient in upselling products and service plans, objection handling and sales tracking.
Prior motor trade aftersales experience or related experience (this is preferred, but not essential)
Package:
Salary £22,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
**Saturday’s available as overtime or when required (7:00am - 12:00pm)**
