The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are collaborating with one of Dorset’s longest standing motor groups to find a keen new Service Advisor for their dealership local to Verwood.
Our client is in need of a Service Advisor who counts themselves as a customer service expert, confident and passionate about their work, well-prepared and seeking their next challenge!
They are immediately open to considering experienced Service Advisors, motor trade service professionals and even those from different high-standard customer service backgrounds who wish to come work in a clean, professional environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Face-to-face & telephone customer service experience essential
To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Package:
Basic Salary: £24,000 + Bonus | OTE: £26,000+ per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm) + 1 hour for lunch
(1-in-2) Saturdays (8:00am -1:00pm)
