Service Advisor - Tunbridge Wells

The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade business based in Tunbridge Wells. Looking to add a Service Advisor to join their Service department, you will be responsible for the following:

As a part of this Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible & progress updates on their vehicle.

This position is predominantly customer focused and the successful candidate must have excellent customer service.

Ideally previous motor trade experience working in a Service Advisor role or similar. Kerridge experience would be beneficial.  

**However, we would also welcome candidates looking at trainee level roles keen to have a successful career in the motor trade. **

Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, strong willed, trustworthy, upbeat and reliable. 

The Package:

Salary £18,000 - £24,000 basic with an OTE (experience dependant), uncapped and earning potential is down to the individual.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00- 18:00 Saturday 1 in 3 08:00am - 12:00pm.
