Service Advisor - Thornbury

The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade business, based in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire. Looking to add a Service Advisor to their service department, you will be responsible for the following:

As a part of this busy Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible, progress updates on their vehicle. You will also be responsible for allocating job cards, and ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Ideally 2 + years motor trade experience working in a Service Advisor role or similar. However, we will consider people with transferable Customer Service experience from different industries such as hospitality, retail and others.

The Package:

£22,000 + OTE circa £25k - £28k + per annum – Depending on experience (UNCAPPED EARNINGS) + fantastic company benefits. Monday to Friday 07:30- 17:30 Saturday (1 in 2) 8:00-12:30 (paid as overtime). One-hour lunch.
