





The Role:
Here at Silcom Recruitment, we are delighted to be representing a great independent car garage, who require someone in a very important front of house role supporting their customers on a daily basis. This is a fast paced role, where the successful applicant would likely need exposure to the motor trade industry within aftersales. The role is also based in Southampton and offers a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for completion of their vehicles.
Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.
Working closely with the Director and Centre Manager.
Supporting the service department with day to day tasks.
The Package:
Basic salary dependent on experience up to £33,000 + bonus & great company benefits.
Hours (either/or): Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00, Saturday rota (08:00 – 13:00) OR Monday to Saturday (same hours) with a day off during the week. Whatever the successful candidate prefers.
