The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced motor trade Service Advisor for an established, group main dealer, based within the Southampton area.

Current motor trade customer facing experience preferred for this opportunity. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles

Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly

Package:

Basic Starting Salary up to £24,500 + Bonus (OTE Circa £27,000)

Monday to Friday Rota - 7:00am - 4:30pm - 9:30am - 6:00pm

Saturday - 1 in 5
