





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are partnered with a large dealership group to aid in expanding the aftersales team based at their Shaftesbury dealership. Our client is currently seeking a new Service Advisor to help with the great traffic of customers arriving at the site.
The ideal Service Advisor would have notable experience within an aftersales or front of house position but our client is also willing to explore those with similar experience, Parts Advisors, Concierges, Sales people or even service professionals who are lacking motor trade experience if skilled and highly motivated!
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Essential face-to-face and telephone customer service background.
Regularly liaise throughout the day with the Service Advisor team on all things in direct relation to the workshop.
Skilful customer management, maintaining regular contact and personalized service.
Proficient in upselling products and service plans, objection handling and sales tracking.
Package:
Basic Salary: £26,500 + Performance Bonus (negotiable)
Bonus: £150-£200 a month, if targets are achieved + potential to earn even more!
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am - 6:00pm) + alternate Saturdays (8:00am - 1:00pm)
