




The Role:
We are actively searching for a determined Service Advisor to join our client, a well-regarded, family run main dealership business based in Poole. The ideal Service Advisor will be joining a strong, friendly and competitive branded business.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
In-person and phone-based customer service background required.
Effectively address customer service and repair needs with efficiency and precision to uphold top-notch service standards.
Skilfully oversee customer interactions throughout the day, maintaining consistent communication and delivering exceptional, personalised service.
Promote additional products and service plans, handle objections, and document sales activities.
Generate invoices for completed work and adhere to customer deadlines for vehicle collection.
Package:
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 [OTE: £35,000+ per annum] + benefits!!!
Hours: Monday – Friday: (8:00am – 6:00pm) | 1-in-3 Saturdays on a rota.
