Vehicle Technician - Thatcham

The Role:

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a range of vehicles, ensuring the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently and accurately.
• Perform vehicle health checks and report on any required work.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with company and manufacturer standards.
• Complete job cards and service documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth-running workshop environment.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £32,000 to £42,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Bonus Potential: Up to £400 per month
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Every third Saturday worked as a half day (8:00am – 12:30pm)
