We're looking for a Service Advisor for our client based in Oxford. Experience in the motor trade is a plus, but not a requirement. We also encourage candidates with experience in the car rental industry to apply.

Customer Interaction & Service Scheduling
Vehicle Inspection & Service Recommendations
Cost Estimates & Customer Approvals
Repair Coordination & Progress Updates
Documentation & Invoicing
Quality Control & Vehicle Delivery
Customer Satisfaction & Follow-Up
Upselling & Warranty Guidance
Team Collaboration & Compliance
Package:
Basic Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 [depending on experience] + Bonus!!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] & (1-in-2) Saturdays [8:00am – 12:00pm]!!
