Service Advisor - Outskirts of Winchester

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting an amazing opportunity for a great client who seek an experienced motor trade Service Advisor for an established business, based on the outskirts of Winchester, the role will work as part of a close knit team.

Current motor trade experience with aftersales and customer service preferred. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles

Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly.

Package:

Up to £25,000 Basic Salary (experience dependent) + Bonus (OTE Circa £30,000+) + Car!!

Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 17.30pm 

Friday 8.30am- 16.30pm

NO WEEKENDS!
