Service Advisor - Outskirts Of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment have an exciting opportunity that has recently arisen for an experienced automotive Service Advisor. This is an unmissable position to join a reputable, premium business based in the outskirts of Southampton. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main interface for all customers, ensuring you are continuously delivering high levels of customer service and efficiently leading customers through their aftersales journey.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Efficiently and courteously, deal with all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction;

Deal with a variety of different aftersales enquiries via email, phone and face to face

Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of all aftersales related tasks;

Upselling of additional works, service plans and warranties

The Package:

£25,000 to £29,000 Basic Salary + £9,500 Bonus (OTE of circa £39,000!)

Monday to Friday [8:00 – 18:00] + 1 Hour Lunch + 1 in 5 Saturdays [8:00 to 12:00]
