Are you a Service Advisor looking for challenge?
Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Service Advisor for a unique client of ours, who uphold main dealer standards within an independently run and owned setting.
Specialising in premium and performance brands, with amazing facilities and a friendly, hands on & passionate owner & a site based on the outskirts of Southampton.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Extensive customer service expertise, both face-to-face and over the phone. You will be the face of this company and the first person our customers will encounter on a daily basis.
Proficient in welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring clarity regarding service, MOT, and repair needs.
Experience in aftersales across service & parts. Ability to create regular invoices.
Effective customer management throughout the day, maintaining regular communication and delivering personalised service to each and every customer.
Skilful in upselling products, adept at handling objections and ability to handle customer complains.
Proficient in generating invoices for completed work and meeting customer deadlines for vehicle collection.
Motor trade experience essential.
Package:
Basic Salary: £30,000!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am - 5:30pm]
(1-in-2) Saturday rota [8:30am - 1:00pm]
