





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced automotive Service Advisor to join one of our clients within their independently run luxury dealership based in the outskirts of Hook. This is a rare hire but an integral position in ensuring the efficient running of the aftersales department, working directly with the Aftersales Manager.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Listen to customer concerns, inquiries, and service needs.
Clearly communicate service options and recommendations to customers.
Liaise between customers and the service technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of service jobs.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during the service process.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and transactions.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service orders.
The Package:
Up to £30,000 Basic Salary [experience dependent] + £7,000 Bonus!
Monday to Friday [8:30am – 5:30pm] + 1 Hour Lunch.
1 in 2 Saturdays [8:30am – 12:30pm] with 28 days holiday including bank holidays
