The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are working with one of our highly regarded clients with the hire of a Service Advisor at their state of the art dealership site based in Newbury.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the functioning of the Aftersales Department. It would offer you the chance to take advantage of their market leading salary package and be part of a brilliant, very welcoming team of industry professionals.
The ideal Service Advisor would be required to have experience within an aftersales or front of house position with a customer centric personality.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Welcoming customers and handling vehicle check-ins, both in-person and through phone and email communication.
Overseeing all appointments and facilitating sales-related interactions.
Preparing cost estimates for customers.
Monitoring the status of ongoing work and tracking parts procurement.
The Package:
£26,000 to £28,000 Basic Salary (experience dependent) + up to £39,000 OTE!
Company Car included
Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] + 1 Hour Lunch + Rota’d Saturday mornings (1 in 3)
