





The Role:
Our client, a prominent main dealership in Lincoln, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team.
While candidates with motor trade experience are preferred, those without experience in the industry are also encouraged to apply. The dealership offers a broad range of new and used vehicles, along with leasing and servicing options for customers throughout the Lincolnshire region.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Welcome customers and evaluate their vehicle service requirements.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate the service calendar.
Act as a liaison between customers and the service team, conveying repair needs and timelines.
Clearly explain services, repairs, and associated costs to customers.
Prepare and present accurate service estimates and invoices.
Promote additional services or products when appropriate.
Follow up with customers promptly regarding the status of their vehicles.
Keep detailed records of service history and customer interactions.
Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring swift resolution.
Work with the parts department to confirm the availability of necessary parts.
Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and keep customers informed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service and fostering strong relationships.
Package:
Basic Salary: £24,330 + OTE £39,000!!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] & (1-in-2) Saturdays!!!
