Service Advisor - Leamington Spa

The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade business based in Leamington Spa. Looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to join their Service department, you will be responsible for the following:

As a part of this busy Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible & progress updates on their vehicle.

This position is predominantly customer focused and the successful candidate must have excellent customer service.

Ideally previous motor trade experience working in a Service Advisor role or similar. Kerridge experience would an beneficial.  

Our client is looking for someone who is financially hungry, strong willed, trustworthy, upbeat and reliable. 

The Package:

Salary £18,000 - £21,000 basic with an OTE from £25,000, uncapped and earning potential is down to the individual.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00- 18:00 Saturday work only when needed.
