





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established main-dealer franchise, based in Hedge End.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience working as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor within the motor trade, who can deliver outstanding customer care in a busy dealership environment. Responsibilities & Requirements:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process.
Book customer vehicles into the workshop and liaise with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.
Provide accurate cost estimates, gain customer authorisation, and communicate updates efficiently.
Upsell additional work, service plans, and value-added products where appropriate.
Ensure all customer documentation, invoices, and job cards are completed correctly and comply with company and manufacturer standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
The Package:
£29,000 Basic Salary
£6,000 realistic annual bonus (£500 per month average) - OTE £35,000, dependent on the individual, uncapped!!
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
1 in 12 Saturdays on rota (half day) - x4 Saturdays a year! Virtually a Monday to Friday working week.
