





The Role:
Silcom is on the search for an experienced Service Advisor to join one of our clients based in Christchurch, a long-standing dealership group, offering a range of brand new and approved used cars.
The ideal Service Advisor will be joining a team that have a great wealth of knowledge and experience, eager to develop and progress new staff.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Prior experience in both in-person and phone-based customer service essential.
Efficiently address customer service and repair requirements while upholding high service standards.
Skilfully manage customer interactions throughout the day, ensuring consistent communication and delivering personalised service.
Proficiently promote additional products and service plans, adeptly handle objections, and meticulously document sales activities.
Generate invoices promptly for completed work and adhere to customer deadlines for vehicle collection.
Package:
Basic Salary: Up to £26,000 (DOE, dependant on experience) | OTE: £29,000+ per annum !!!
Hours: Monday – Friday [8:30am – 6:00pm] | Start & finish times can be highly flexible, made earlier or later to accommodate all staff !!!
(1-in-3) Saturdays [8:30am – 12:30pm].
