Service Advisor - Chippenham

The Role: 

Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a family-run, franchised main dealer based in Chippenham, renowned for its strong local reputation and excellent customer service standards.

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused individual with a background in the motor trade, ideally in a Service Advisor or Aftersales role.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Act as the key point of contact for customers throughout the service process.

Liaise with workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth communication.

Provide accurate cost estimates, create job cards, and process invoices.

Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction scores.

Previous experience within a Service Advisor or similar motor trade position is essential.

Strong communication and organisational skills required.

The Package:

£29,500 Basic Salary + Bonus up to £500 per month!

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 6:00pm
Every third Saturday – 8:00am to 12:30pm
