Service Advisor - Bristol

The Role:

We are working in partnership with a highly respected motor trade business in the Bristol area, seeking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful aftersales department.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service journey - from booking and check-in through to handover and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities Of A Service Advisor

Managing service, MOT, and repair bookings

Providing timely updates and clear explanations to customers

Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure accurate job progression

Promoting additional services and service plans where appropriate

Handling invoicing, admin, and warranty claims

Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and retention

About You:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealer or independent garage

Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills

Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Good understanding of DMS/booking systems (e.g. Kerridge/CDK)

Full UK driving licence required

Package:

Up to £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

Realistic OTE of £35,000

40-hour week with a staggered shift rota:

8:00am – 4:30pm

9:00am – 5:30pm

9:30am – 6:00pm

Saturday rota: 1 in 3 (8:00am – 1:00pm)
