Service Advisor - Bognor Regis

The Role: 

Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established and highly respected dealership in Bognor Regis. This small yet reputable business has a stable management team and a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the service department, ensuring the smooth daily operation of aftersales by liaising with customers and technicians, managing bookings, and maintaining accurate service records.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and managing service bookings

Advising customers on required repairs and maintenance, upselling additional services where appropriate

Coordinating with technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

Keeping customers updated throughout the service process

Processing invoices and handling service-related queries

Ensuring accurate records of work completed and technician hours

Assisting with additional tasks at management’s discretion

The Package:

Basic Salary & OTE: £26,000 Basic Salary, with a realistic ote of £35,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6:00 pm with a saturday morning rota (paid as overtime)
