The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade dealership group based in Andover. Our client is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join their established team.
As a Service Advisor, you play a crucial role within our service team, overseeing the seamless and customer-oriented service process.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Act as the adept liaison between our valued customers and the workshop and perform a thorough check-in of the vehicle, reviewing customer and vehicle data.
Direct contact with customers allows you to make a substantial impact on their satisfaction, making our aftersales operation a resounding success.
Conduct visual inspection and quick-test to assess the vehicle's status.
Monitor repair status and address additional repair services as needed.
Responsible for job packs and associated documentation.
Customer service experience, diary/time management and use of multiple IT software systems required.
Salary:
Salary £25,000 - £28,000 {Depending on experience} + an achievable OTE of £34,000!
Monday to Friday {46 hour working week}.
Saturday {1-in-5} 08:00am – 1:00pm.
