The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are representing a top client who seek an experienced Service Administrator to help join their already well-established team, based in Portsmouth, the role will be in a fast paced environment and report into the Aftersales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Focus on invoice preparation and creating job cards.
Call customers and remind them of their booking 24 hours beforehand.
Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department.
Liaising with the admin department to ensure the customer journey runs smoothly and efficiently.
Other ad-hoc duties.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong customer service & administrative skills.
Highly organised.
Pinnacle experience - Highly desired.
Motor trade experience - Highly desired but not essential. An experienced administrator or motor trade service advisor who wants to come away from a customer facing role would be ideal for this position.
Package:
Up to £25,200 (dependent on experience) + great company benefits.
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
