Senior Service Advisor/ Workshop Controller - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Senior Service Advisor/ Workshop Controller to work in a hybrid role for an established main dealer, based in Southampton (SO15).

Our client has a unique position, which requires someone who has done a variety of roles within an Aftersales department. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing business.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

Managing front of house, responsible for x1 other Service Advisor on the front desk. 

Supervision of the workshop and its staff to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability.

Acting Assistant Aftersales Manager in absence Aftersales Manager.

Package:

Up to £28,000 Basic Salary (Experience Dependent) + OTE circa £32K - £34K. As well as fantastic company benefits.

8:00am - 18.00pm Monday to Friday.

1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
