Senior Service Advisor - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join a prestigious dealer group located on the outskirts of Southampton. Our client welcomes seasoned Service Advisors ready to advance within their careers.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their vehicle service needs.

Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repair, and service requirements.

Manage and coordinate the service process from customer inquiry to vehicle handover.

Ensure all service work is carried out to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

Oversee and mentor junior service advisors, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.

Maintain and update customer records and service histories.

Coordinate with the service team to schedule and prioritize work efficiently.

Promote and sell additional products and services to customers.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £33,500 + £43,000 OTE + Car scheme (after probation)!!

Hours: Monday - Friday [8:00am to 6:00pm] + (1-in-3) Saturday rota!!
