Renowned for delivering high level automotive services, they are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Service Advisor to join their team. This role offers a unique chance to lead, manage, and contribute to the excellence of their aftersales department.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor
Provide excellent service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly
Manage service appointments, bookings, and maintain an organised workflow
Coordinate with the service team to enhance overall efficiency
Uphold the client's reputation for outstanding customer service
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
The Package:
£30,000 to £35,000 basic salary (experience dependent)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Every other Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
