Senior Sales Executive/Sales Controller - Southampton

The Role:

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Sales individual to join an established motor trade dealership group business, based around the outskirts of Southampton. 

Our client seeks an experienced Vehicle Sales individual who is now keen to take that next step into a more senior position, working as a Sales Controller, predominantly to work Monday to Friday, this is a superb opportunity for a driven individual looking to move their career forward. 

You’ll be committed to growing the business and never compromise on the top customer service they look to deliver to their customers.

Responsibilities:

Making sure that customers are receiving service of the highest quality at all times. 

Ensuring all policies, procedures and practices are adhered to. 

Making sure that all enquiries are dealt with quickly and effectively. 

Maintaining the highest standard of showroom and pitch presentation. 

Achieving sales targets and KPIs. 

Increasing sales volumes and working with the sales team to grow profits.

The Package:

£17,500 - £25,000 Basic Salary OTE of circa £45,000 - £55,000

Monday – Friday 8:30 – 6:00 Saturday 8:30 – 5:00 1 in 2 on rota
