





The Role:
One of our largest clients are currently under expansion within the Southampton area and are working in tandem with Silcom Recruitment to assist in seeking a new and experienced Sales Manager who seeks a great new challenge!
This Sales Manager opportunity presents a grand challenge that all successful Sales Managers would seek; a brand new environment, experienced and professional team, immense car stock, a massive and respected UK dealership group and a fantastic company support structure (benefits included)!
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and achieving a Department Profit Plan ensuring it involves all financial aspects of the department, including annual business plans, marketing and advertising budgets, operating expenses, capital budgets and the assessments of sales forecasts and potential
Overseeing the sale of new and used vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the FCA and GDPR guidelines
Oversee forecourt management - Sales Executives and Sales Administrators to ensure they meet their set goals and objectives in order to achieve high sales performance
Managing the presentation of the dealership off-site, through marketing activities such as advertising, sponsorship, or promotions, to ensure conformity with company specifications
Managing the sales process & used car performance within the dealership
Ensuring the best levels of customer service at all times in order to deliver a result and make things happen within a target driven sales environment
The Package:
Salary: £40,000 Basic | £80,000 OTE UNCAPPED + Company Car!!!
Hours: [Full-Time] (Standard regular day off in week, plus 1 hour for lunch)
Monday-to-Friday- 8:30am-6:00pm | Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm
