Sales Manager - Newbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful main dealership based in Newbury, seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Oversee the day-to-day running of the sales department.

Lead, motivate and support a team of four Sales Executives, one Sales Controller, and a Vehicle Progressor.

Drive performance to achieve departmental targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Ensure sales processes and compliance standards are consistently met.

Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade is essential.

Full UK driving licence required.

The Package:

£35,000 basic salary

£55,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Saturday – 8:00am to 6:00pm
(No Sundays – day off in the week, with a late shift on Tuesday or Thursday until 9:00pm)
