Multi Site Sales Manager - South West

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade dealership group with multiple sites, including a key location in Exeter. We are looking to welcome an experienced Multi-Site Sales Manager to lead and develop their sales teams across the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned motor trade professional to join a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop sales teams across multiple sites, driving performance and achieving targets.

Implement sales strategies, monitor results, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience and adherence to company policies.

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 3 years’ motor trade sales management experience, with multi-site exposure.

Experience with Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) highly desirable.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

The Package:

Monday to Friday – 42.5 hours per week, no weekends.

Salary: £64,000 per annum + performance bonus. Company Car & Fuel Allowance. Aswell as great benefits including 25 days + bank holidays.
