Sales Ledger Clerk - Southampton

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join an established franchise car dealership group, with a site based on the outskirts of Southampton.

Our client has multiple successfully established sites across the South Coast. This is a great opportunity to join an established business, offering full training and excellent company benefits long term.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Ledger.
• Cash/ Credit Card reconciliations.
• Daily banking & posting of receipt.
• Check till reconciliations are being carried out daily by departments.
• Credit Control.
• Statements.
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Checking all finance payouts daily and posting.
• Maintenance of vehicle reconciliations.
• Maintenance of vehicle creditors.
• This role will have a predominant focus on Sales Ledger.

**Kerridge/ Pinnacle system experience and motor trade experience preferred but not essential, we are happy to look at candidates outside the motor trade with transferable skills experience**

The Package:

Salary depending on experience, £21,000 - £23,500 per annum (experience dependant)

Flexible working hours; 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch
