Sales Executive - Wokingham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an excellent motor trade organisation and have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an established franchise car dealership, based in Wokingham.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.

Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes. 

To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

The Package:

Basic salary £18,000 + OTE of up to £40,000 (uncapped) + Company Car. 22 days’ holiday.

Working hours - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 8:30-7:00pm (On rota). Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-9:00pm (On rota). NO SUNDAYS.
