The Role:
Silcom Recruitment has partnered with a well-regarded Winchester-based client and is actively seeking a proficient Sales Executive with prior experience in motor trade sales to join their team.
The ideal Sales Executive will hold a full UK driver’s license!
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Photograph vehicles to showcase their features and allure potential buyers.
Adjust vehicle prices on the sales lot in accordance with market research and dealership policies.
Work in conjunction with other departments, such as the service team, to streamline vehicle preparation for handover.
Possess excellent organisational skills, time management and meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Exhibit proficiency in both literacy and numeracy.
The Package:
Basic salary of £23,000 - rising to £25,000 [once accreditation is completed, which is typically within 3 months] + OTE of up to £60,000 + company car!
Hours: Monday – Friday [08:30am – 18:30pm]. One late shift per week [08:30am – 20:00pm rotation] with a day off in the week!
Saturdays [08:30am – 17:00pm]
No Sundays!!!
