The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a superb motor trade organisation and have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an established franchise car dealership, based around the outskirts of Thames Ditton.

 

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles

Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes. 

To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Ideally you will be currently working within a motor trade organisation.

 

The Package:

£12,000 basic starting salary. OTE of £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Car and benefits. Top salesman in the business currently earning £60,000 +

Hours are 9-6, Monday to Friday, Saturday 9-5 & Sunday 10-4, the Sunday rota after 3 months will be 1 in 3, but for the first 3 month every other.
