Sales Executive - Southend

The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a client of ours based in Southend, seeking to add a Sales Executive to their growing team. Supporting the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

To achieve monthly sales targets for new, used and demo vehicles, achieving the minimum profit targets.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background, they must have previous experience of dealing with customers on a daily basis and interacting with people, we are looking for someone who is professional in their approach, they must be well presented, enjoy meeting new people, possess strong communication skills and have the determination and enthusiasm to succeed in an excellent working environment. You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with a world-class purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives.

Experience within Automotive sales is essential in this role, a minimum of 1 year would be considered, including full training which will be provided to any calibre of candidate.

The Package:

£20,000 basic with a realistic OTE of £54k per annum plus company car. Monday-Saturday 08:00 – 18:00 with day off in the week plus Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (1 in 2)
