Sales Executive - Southampton

The Role:

Are you an established Sales Executive looking for a new challenge?

Silcom Recruitment has partnered with a family run, independent retailer based in Southampton who are actively seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team.

Motor trade experience is essential in this role as a Sales Executive.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:

Capture high-quality vehicle images to highlight features and attract customers.

Maintain a clean and appealing forecourt presentation.

Collaborate with other departments, especially service, for smooth vehicle preparation.

Demonstrate strong organisational skills, effective time management, and attention to detail.

Cultivate a customer-centric approach, dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Showcase proficiency in literacy and numeracy.

Possess a valid UK driver's license.

The Package:

Basic Salary of £20,000 with OTE £66,000 + Monthly incentives!!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [08:30am – 6:00pm] + Saturdays [9:00am - 5:00pm].

Sundays [11:00am – 4:00pm].

**Refreshingly, they operate on a rotating schedule with every other weekend off**
