





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is partnered with a renowned client at their modernised facility based in Southampton. Aligned with a prestigious brand, they are currently in search of a Sales Executive to become a valuable addition to their growing team.
The ideal Sales Executive will have a confident attitude and approach to sales, prepared to challenge themselves and motivated to succeed in a busy and competitive main-dealership environment, alongside other highly experienced Sales Executive employees.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Achieve monthly sales targets and minimum profit goals.
Preferred candidate with a strong background in robust customer service and a proven track record in successful sales.
Need confidence and experience in professional customer communication, upholding top-end brand standards.
Success in the role necessitates determination and enthusiasm in a prime working environment.
You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with an excellent purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives.
The Package:
Basic salary of £25,000 | OTE £55,000+ UNCAPPED | With a company car!!!
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm [with a day off in the week].
Saturdays: 8:30am – 5:00pm | Sunday rota: 10:00am – 4:00pm!
