Sales Executive - Slough

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an excellent motor trade organisation and have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an established franchise car dealership, based in Slough.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.

Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes. 

To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Experience Criteria:

Our client is willing to consider someone with any of the following background; Motor trade, telesales, retail or similar, however MUST have experience in a sales capacity.

Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, ability to learn, motivated to earn money, professional, reliable and consistent.

The Package:

Staggered scale basic salary ranging from £15k - £20K, OTE of £50k - £65K Uncapped paid on gross profit of each unit rather than targeted on units sold, plus add on’s + Company Car, and other benefits.

Monday – Saturday 8.30am – 6.00pm with an hour for lunch, plus x2 late shifts a week until 7pm, 2 weekends on and 1 weekend off, plus a day off in the week.
