The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently working with a well-established automotive organisation in order to recruit eager new Sales Executives local to Shaftesbury to work at a respected car dealership.
Confident Car Sales Executives are desired, however our client is willing to explore confident individuals from other sales backgrounds who are keen and seeking a challenge, wanting to build a new career within the motor trade.

Role and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
Achieving monthly sales targets for vehicles sold, achieving the minimum profit targets.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background, with a proven track record of successful sales work.
You must have great confidence and experience in customer communication. Interacting with people in a professional manner befitting of a top-end brand and looking the part.
A determined and enthusiastic individual will succeed in this role and thrive in this prime working environment.
You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with a world-class purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives.
The Package:
Salary: £15,000 + sales commission [OTE of £40,000+ per annum]

Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am–6:00pm) | 1-in-2 Saturdays (9:00am–5:00pm)
