Sales Executive - Salisbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an excellent motor trade organisation and have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an established franchise car dealership, based around the outskirts of Salisbury.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.

Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes. 

To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Ideally you will be currently working within a motor trade organisation in Sales or similar.

The Package:

Competitive basic salary. 1 -3 month guarantee, OTE of £40,000 Uncapped + Company Car, and benefits including State Pension Scheme & Life Assurance

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm with an hour for lunch, Saturdays 8.30am – 5.00pm with an hour for lunch, with a day off in the week, 1 in 3 Sundays 10.00am - 4.00pm.
