Sales Executive - Salisbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for a Sales Executive to join one of the largest and most successful motor retail businesses in the UK, based in Salisbury!

Our client seeks a Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the automotive industry as a Sales Executive, ready to dive in and make an immediate impact!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.

Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet revenue targets.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth transactions.

The Package:

Basic salary of £20,000 with OTE bandings of up to £80,000 UNCAPPED + Company car!!

Monday to Friday [8:30am – 6:00pm]

Saturdays [8:30am – 5:00pm] + Sundays [10:30am – 4:30pm]!

**Full weekend off on rota**
