





The Role:
Actively recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive; Silcom has again joined forces with a family-operated, welcoming client situated in Poole. Aligned with a distinguished brand, they are presently seeking a confident Car Sales Executive to enhance and contribute to their expanding team.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Attain monthly sales targets and meet minimum profit goals.
Ideal candidate possesses a strong customer service background with a demonstrated track record of successful sales.
Confidence and experience in professional customer communication are essential, reflecting the standards of a top-end brand.
Success in the role requires determination and enthusiasm within a prime working environment.
Effectively manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
The Package:
Salary: Starting at a £20,000 Basic, rising to £22,500 when accredited with the brand | OTE UNCAPPED: £53,500+ !!!
Overperformance is paid attractively, the company will provide you with a car and offer superb benefits.
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am – 6:00pm] with 1 day off in the week.
Saturdays [8:30am – 5:00pm] | (1-in-3) Sundays [10:00am – 4:00pm] with an additional day off each week that you work a Sunday.
