Sales Executive - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently working exclusively with an established Independent Owner Managed business within the Motor Industry. Our client, who operate in this prestigious market have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join the team.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Following a Structured Sales Process to maximise opportunities

Ensure an excellent customer service experience

Identify targets and book appointments accordingly

Achieve Sales and Profitability Targets

Selling of Finance and Insurance Products

Experience Criteria:

As the ideal Sales Executive, you will possess the following: 

A minimum of 4 years sales experience, preferably within the motor trade but other industries can be considered.

A clean Driving Licence, be a proactive, committed and motivated team player. 

Have excellent communication skills and have an honest and professional approach to customers.

The Package: 

Starting salary of £14,000 + OTE of £50K per annum (Package is dependent on experience)
