The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Car Sales Executive to join an established family-owned dealership group in Newbury. Whether you have motor trade experience or are looking to start a new career in car sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to succeed in a rewarding environment.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the sales process, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience. You'll have the chance to sell both new and used vehicles, while working with finance products to help customers drive away happy.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for vehicles and finance products
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service from enquiry to delivery
  • Advise customers on suitable products, including finance options
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to handover
  • Maintain product knowledge to stay up-to-date on the latest vehicles and offer

Package:

Salary: £18,540 Basic Salary + £45,000 OTE + Company Car!!!

Hours: Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday [8:30am – 6:00pm]!! Late Shift On Either Tuesday Or Thursday [8:30am – 9:00pm]! **No Sundays**
