Sales Executive - Hindhead

The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a client of ours based in Hindhead, seeking to add multiple Sales Executives to their growing team. Supporting the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

To achieve monthly sales targets for new, used and demo vehicles, achieving the minimum profit targets.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer service background, they must have previous experience of dealing with customers on a daily basis and interacting with people, we are looking for someone who is professional in their approach, they must be well presented, enjoy meeting new people, possess strong communication skills and have the determination and enthusiasm to succeed in an excellent working environment. You will need to be 100% focused on providing all customers with a world-class purchase experience whilst achieving all sales objectives.

Experience with Automotive sales would be an advantage, however not essential, as full training will be provided. We would look at someone who has come from a high end retail background or someone who has transferable experience of working in a different industry with the passion to learn and work in the motor trade.

The Package:

£12,000 basic with a realistic OTE of £40-£45k per annum. Monday-Friday – 8:30-6:00 Saturday 8:30-5:30 Sunday (1 in 3) 11:00-4:00.
