Sales Executive - Fareham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a motor trade dealership group, seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their established site based in Fareham.

Our client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a proven background in car sales. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maximising sales opportunities, and achieving set targets within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Deliver a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover.

Maximise sales opportunities, including new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and add-on products.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Build lasting customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade is essential.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.A full UK driving licence is required.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £20,000

OTE: £45,000

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm (designated day off during the week)

Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

No Sundays

1 late shift until 9:00pm (either Tuesday or Thursday)
