Sales Executive - Fareham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment has partnered with a well-established client located in Fareham, actively seeking an experienced Sales Executive.

While our client is open to candidates without prior motor trade experience, the ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:

Advertise vehicles on the dealership website with accurate and enticing descriptions.

Capture high-quality vehicle images to highlight features and attract potential customers.

Re-price vehicles on the forecourt based on market analysis and dealership guidelines.

Maintain the forecourt, ensuring vehicles are well presented and clean.

Collaborate with other departments, such as service, to ensure smooth vehicle preparation for handover.

Highly organised with excellent time management and meticulous attention to detail.

Customer-centric mind-set, dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Full UK driver's license.

The Package:

Salary: £25,000 with OTE £45,000 + Company car!!!

Hours: Monday to Friday + Day off in the week!!

Saturdays & Sunday Rota.
